Whilst we make every effort as a practice to provide a quality service to our patients there may be things that you as a patient feel could be done differently or things that we should provide to ensure every patient has a positive experience. We would therefore ask our patients to make positive suggestions to help us to help you. This is not a process for logging complaints as we have a formal process for that but it is a positive step to help us listen to our patients needs and hopefully be able to address those in a positive manner. There are several ways you can make suggestions either by emailing us at gp.574.gp.n-i.nhs.uk, popping a note in our suggestion box at front reception or just speaking to any of our GPs/Nurses/Management or Reception staff.
